    At Glow Me Beauty Salon, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know.
    Service Satisfaction
    If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us within 48 hours. We will make every effort to address your concerns, which may include a complimentary touch-up or service adjustment.
    Refunds
    Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. However, if there was an issue with your service, we are happy to discuss potential solutions.
    Product Returns
    Unused and unopened products purchased from our salon may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Please keep your receipt.
    Cancellation Fees
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more details.
